Billing, cancellation & refunds
Coleous Pro is a $15/month subscription ($10.50/month with a verified school email) that renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal — your Pro access continues through the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again. We don't provide prorated refunds for partial months.
Student pricing requires a verified school email address and is confirmed once a year. If we can't confirm it, the subscription continues at the standard $15/month.
The Services are provided on an "as-is" basis and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. If a brain build you paid for fails due to a verified error on our end, email us at ai@coleous.com and we'll add a replacement build credit.
